Vách ngăn chống cháy là gì ?
Vách chống cháy là vách có tính chất cách nhiệt chống lan lửa theo Theo QCVN 06:2020/BXD đã sửa đổi bổ sung, dựa trên cơ sở 3 tiêu chí về độ chịu lửa. Sử dụng cho những khu vực cần chống cháy như: Thang may, hành lang thoát hiểm.
Tính ổn định: Là trạng thái tới hạn khi kết cấu bị phá huỷ và không còn khả năng chiụ tải.
Tính phá hủy : Là trạng thái tới hạn khi cấu kiện xuất hiện vết nứt hoặc lổ hổng khiến lửa và hơi nóng có thể tràn qua.
Tính cách nhiệt : Là trạng thái tới hạn khi bề mặt bên kia đạt nhiệt độ trung bình 140ºC hoặc ở một số điểm đạt 180ºC.
Để giải quyết những tiêu chí trên lựa chọn tấm Duraflex Firestop, là vật liệu ngăn cháy mang hiệu quả cao đạt được đầy đủ các yêu cầu và các tiêu chí nêu trên.
Tấm Duraflex là gì ?
Duraflex là tấm xi măng cứng có kích thước và độ dày tiêu chuẩn, được làm từ xi măng, silicate, sợi cellulose. Sử dụng công nghệ tiên tiến nhất của Châu Âu do tập đoàn Saint Gobaint của pháp sản xuất tại Việt Nam.
Tấm xi măng duraflex Vĩnh Tường có khả năng chống cháy ở nền nhiệt 1200oc trong vòng 120 phút, chống cháy lan, theo giám định độc lập của công ty quốc tế SGS Việt Nam.

Tính toàn vẹn: Hệ thống mẫu thử nghiệm bị coi là mất toàn vẹn ở trong các trường hợp sau:
+ Không gây ra ngọn lửa trong vòng 10 giây ở bề mặt không tiếp xúc với lửa.
+ Không gây ra khả năng cháy cho bông vải và các vật liệu ở bề mặt không tiếp xúc lửa trên bề mặt của hệ thống.
+ Hình thành vết nứt kích thước lớn hơn 6x15mm.
+ Hình thành lổ hổng kích thước lớn hơn 25mm.
Tính cách nhiệt: Hệ thống mẫu thử nghiệm bị coi là mất tính cách nhiệt khi xảy ra một trong các điều kiện sau:
+ Nhiệt độ trung bình của bề mặt không lộ lửa tăng hơn 140 độ C so với nhiệt độ trung bình ban đầu.
+ Nhiệt độ tại bất kỳ điểm nào trên bề mặt không lộ lửa của hệ thống tăng quá 180 độ C so với ban đầu.
+ Nhiệt độ tại bất kỳ điểm nào trên bề mặt không lộ lửa của hệ thống tăng quá 180 độ C so với ban đầu.
+ Tính toàn vẹn không được đảm bảo.

Khả năng chống cháy tuyệt vời: Công nghệ Autoclave chưng áp nhiệt độ và áp suất cao tạo các khoáng ổn định, cứng chắc (Tobermorite, xonotlite, wollastonite,…) và các phụ gia chống cháy giúp tấm có độ ổn định khi làm việc ở nhiệt độ cao từ 1200oC – 1400oC nhưng tấm vẫn ổn định, cứng chắc, không bị rã.
Bền chắc chịu lực cao: Với công nghệ Flow-on tạo tấm với độ đồng nhất nguyên vật liệu cao và công nghệ Autoclave chưng áp nhiệt độ và áp suất cao tạo các khoáng ổn định, cứng chắc (Tobermorite, xonotlite, wollastonite,…) giúp tấm có cường độ chịu lực cao hơn, tạo nên tính chất siêu bền của sản phẩm.

Khả năng chịu nước: Tấm chịu được ẩm ướt nhờ vào nguyên liệu cát, vôi, xi măng nghiền mịn giúp tấm có cấu trúc đồng nhất, liên kết chặt chẽ với nhau tạo màng chắn nên chịu được độ ẩm cao. Nhưng cấu trúc vẫn chứa khe rỗng với cơ chế hít thở 2 chiều nhờ vậy có thể sơn trang trí dễ dàng, thẩm mỹ với ấm trắng sáng, láng mịn.
An toàn cho sức khỏe: Khi làm việc kể cả điều kiện bình thường hay trong đám cháy không phát sinh khói, mùi,… Nhờ vào các nguyên vật liệu tuyển chọn là loại vô cơ, không cháy, không phản ứng kể cả ở nhiệt độ cao (điều kiện làm việc trong đám cháy).
